At Record Division, we like everything to be clear.
Our rehearsal studio is available for a minimum of three hours, but beyond that you can book for what ever period suits you best. Full days are booked on a lock out basis. If you have any questions feel free to get in contact with us.
Our recording studio rates are easy to work with and are based on Studio hire-only suitable for engineers and producers looking for a studio or speak to our team about working with one of our experienced producers, or engineers. We have a rate-card for both and combined. Days are 10 hours. Set up and de-rig time is chargeable and part of the hire period. Please allow for this when considering how long you want to hire the studio. All multiday sessions are charged on a ‘lockout’ basis.
Making a record can be a complex process. If you would like to speak to one of our team to discuss your project in detail or arrange to come and have a tour of the facility (by appointment only) then we would love to hear from you.

If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, we have some policies in place to make the process smoother.
Our scheduling portal can help us manage cancellations and reduce no-shows. It has a cancellation policy in place that we kindly ask you to agree to during the booking process.
